Like most town historical societies and their museums across the U.S., the Sandwich Historical Society and its Glass Museum depend largely on the financial support of the community.
We invite you to express your support to ensure we can continue to showcase our vibrant glass making past and provide exhibition space for contemporary glass artists.
The Sandwich Historical Society’s Glass Museum is independently owned and operated. All operational expenses including staffing, insurance, utilities and facilities maintenance, are borne by the Sandwich Historical Society.
Your generosity will ensure we can continue to tell the fascinating story of Sandwich’s history and celebrate the beautiful art form of glassmaking today!
In Kind Donations
From time to time, families wish to donate family heirlooms to the Sandwich Historical Society. We are always grateful for these offers and recognize their value to the Town of Sandwich. However, due to our limited space, we must evaluate each item to determine whether it will meaningfully enhance our existing collections.
